All condominiums have a legal name. Your payment must be made payable to the name of your condominium. (The Boston View Condominium, Georgia Heights Condominium, etc.) Your condominium's bank cannot accept payments made payable to the management company.

The above address is the bank's payment processing center where your payment will be processed and posted to your account on the business day that it is received. All owners are assigned a unique owner ID and you should reference this number in the memo or notes field of your payment to ensure it is applied properly to your account.  If you do not know your unique OWNER ID, please contact our office at 617-887-3333.   Please do not use your unit’s mailing address as your owner ID. This will result in delayed processing of your payment.

Remittance coupon booklets and envelopes can also be requested by contacting the management office. Coupons are not required to submit a payment as long as you reference your owner ID on your payment.
